Alex Bond is the only residency-trained pelvic health physical therapist in Utah and a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist. Her clinical work centers on the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction across urinary, bowel, sexual health, prolapse, and pain-related conditions.
She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Trine University. She went on and graduated from an accredited pelvic health physical therapy residency program where she was trained to work with men, women, children, and the LGBTQIA+ population for pelvic health related conditions. She went on to take and pass her PWCS. She was a residency mentor at her prior hospital who created standards of care and curriculum for her residents. She also was involved in guest lecturing and putting together pelvic health curriculum for DPT and OTD programs.
She currently sits on the Board of Education for Utah Valley University’s PTA program where she creates pelvic health curriculum and will be teaching students. Alex enjoys hiking, fishing, skiing, and meeting new people!
